Picasso's world

Pablo Picasso, one of the most famous and interesting artists of the 20th century, is the author of many works in many fields of art. He created a wide range of paintings, drawings, lithographs as well as sculptural and ceramic artefacts, from small wooden figurines of guitars to large-scale oil paintings, such as The Ladies of Avignon or the unforgettable tribute to the Spanish Civil War, Guernica . He is considered the founder of cubism, but he went through a whole range of artistic styles, from classical realism to surrealism. He rebelled against established procedures and created works that shocked and provoked the audience.
