Strength training is no exception, and although there is no doubt that the traditional equipment in fitness centers can be very effective, it is also evident that the continued practice of calisthenics or CrossFit results in strong and muscular bodies. This is because there are some basic principles of training and bodybuilding used in all disciplines and, despite the differences between them, this common base allows for visible results.
