FAQs

How and when can I use my ticket voucher?

The ticket is valid for a single entry and covers all exhibitions and entry to the Gulliver airship. The voucher must be redeemed within one year of issue.

How and when can I use my membership voucher?

You can redeem your voucher at www.dox.cz/clenstvi or just come to the DOX box office. We will then give you a membership card and you have a full year to use your benefits. The voucher must be redeemed within six months of issue and can also be used to extend an existing DOX Club membership card.

By when should I place my order to ensure delivery before Christmas?

In case you would like your package delivered, place your order no later than December 18. After this date, you'll be able to pick it up at Bendox Bookstore in DOX (Poupětova 1).

Can I come to buy the package without ordering in advance?

Yes, the package and the voucher can be purchased in the Bendox bookstore during opening hours.

Can I buy the membership vouchers after Christmas?

Yes, but only until 31 December 2025 online or until 30 December 2025 in person at the Bendox Bookstore.

Do you also sell electronic membership vouchers and tickets?

Yes, electronic vouchers can be purchased at www.dox.cz/en/membership
