Jonas Mekas: …I continue my journey… Glimpses of the past around…

The mini-retrospective of the legendary filmmaker Jonas Mekas: ...I continue on my journey... Glimpses of the past around... was the first comprehensive exhibition of this artist in the Czech Republic and opened a month after the author's ninetieth birthday. The exhibition focused on the artist's recent work and was accompanied by five special screenings of films, including classic works such as Walden and Memories of a Trip to Lithuania , which were made before 1989. The core of the exhibition was Mekas' last work Unused footage from the life of a happy man and an installation work called Project 365 days , which the author created for the Internet in 2007.
