The retrospective exhibition called Karel Nepraš presented one of the few leading Czech artists to whom Czech museum and gallery institutions owed a representative exhibition and publication. The exhibition mapped Nepraš's sculptural and drawing work in the context of the period and provided for the first time an overall view of the work, without which we cannot imagine Czech sculpture of the second half of the 20th century today. The exhibition presented the artist's masterpieces as well as little-known or completely unknown works. The comprehensive monograph offers detailed documentation and texts by a number of authors who dealt with the artist's work.
