The Lucifer Effect: Encounters with Evil exhibition was inspired by the book of the same name by leading American psychologist Philip Zimbardo, which deals with the surprising ease with which we are capable of committing evil. How easy it is to make a person morally fail is confirmed by the legendary social psychology experiments that took place at American universities in the 1960s and 1970s and whose artistic reconstructions in the works of Rod Dickinson and Artur Zmijewski formed the opening part of the exhibition. The exhibition presented works by international artists and art groups such as Hans Haacke, Jenny Holzer, Harun Farocki, Antoni Muntadas, bureau d'études, Magdalena Jetelová and Pode Bal.
