Skiers from Plískanice

Hurray for the mountains! Anyone who comes to Plískanice will not be deprived of any winter entertainment: skiing of all kinds, jumping from bumps and from the roof, basking in the alpine sun, Arctic fishing, warmth from Norwegian stones, a real Norwegian snack with orange and Kviklunsj chocolate and a collection of ski balls, that all from the brush of the young Norwegian artist and illustrator Bjorn Runo Lie.

The joy of painting, winter landscapes filled with small events and Norwegian realities is presented by the author with a considerable amount of humor, a sense of detail and, of course, with skiing nostalgia.270
