How to serve
– Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of Herbal Koffee to a cup
– Add hot water or milk of your choice

* Cosmic Dealer recommends 3/4 hot water and 1/4 oat milk. Experiment with different ratios to find your ideal balance of creaminess and flavor intensity. Add your choice of milk or sweetener as desired.

Pregnancy
While Comic Dealer's mushroom-powered Koffee is natural and caffeine-free, there is not a lot of research on pregnancy + functional mushrooms, so they would advise against consuming. Herbal Koffee will however be ready and waiting for you on the other side of pregnancy / nursing to help you through those long nights!

Daily intake
Comic Dealer recommends starting with one cup a day to give your body time to adjust to the fiber content (if its not used to a lot of fiber). Then slowly increase as desired. The dose of mushrooms in each serving has been specifically designed to be effective in one cup, but can be increased to multiple cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
